Good news for the passengers of chipta.railway.uz. When you buy a ticket electronically through the website or mobile applications, you are given special points under the loyalty program. Collected points can be exchanged to tickets.

At the first stage - our passenger society chipta.railway.uz entering through the website will be registered using the One ID system without shown in the picture.

In the second stage - chipta.railway.uz when and where to buy tickets from the user of the website will be selected the route.

In the third stage-the type of train available in the direction chosen by the passengers, as well as the carriages and places are selected.

At the fourth stage, a questionnaire is filled out, passenger data on the passport is entered. Attention: points are awarded only to a passenger who has purchased a railway electronic ticket in his name by the number and series of the User's passport registered through OneID. After reviewing the public offer of the site, payment is made online by entering the data of a bank plastic card.

In the framework of the loyalty program for tickets, which are arranged online by passengers, they will be given additional points. Passengers will be given a total of 2 percent of the total cost of the ticket (if the total cost of the ticket is set to 100%, then 2%) points.

For example: if a passenger purchases a ticket for the Afrosiab train moving in the Tashkent – Samarkand direction for 100 000 soums online, the passenger will be provided with 2000 points from this money. (1 point = 1 sum).
