In order to improve the convenience of passenger service, 6 very comfortable waiting rooms have been organized in the new station building:
- In order to provide passengers with all the necessary data, an information board corresponding to modern requirements has been installed in the central hall of the station building;
- On the ground floor of the hall there is a children's room, consisting of a children's cafe and a playground;
- behind the game room there is a mother and child room with 25 seats, convenient for relaxation. Also, a commandant's office was set up on the second floor to serve conscripts;
- When you go to the waiting room, there is a VIP lounge on the ung side, occupying 2 floors. The VIP lounge complex includes a restaurant for 40 people, a lounge for 30 people, a winter garden with upholstered chairs for relaxing. From the hall, passengers can exit onto the train platform and get to the waiting room on the second floor;
- The waiting room is located on the first and second floors. They are equipped with video and television equipment to provide passengers with the necessary information, and also consist of additional waiting rooms (bar, toilet, smoking rooms) to serve 500 people for 1 hour;
-At the exit of the waiting room there is a Berk platform hall, which accommodates up to 500 passengers at a time, rest areas for waiting for trains;
- To the left of the station building there is a luxurious hall for receiving delegations.;
- To the left and right of the central hall there is an inner courtyard with comfortable seats for passengers and fountains.
After the complete renovation, the station will be able to serve an average of 50,000 people. Currently, the Central Tashkent Railway Station receives an average of 29 thousand people, taking into account all incoming and outgoing passengers. On average, 6 international and 20 local trains depart and are welcomed from the station in one day.
A new transit ticket office has been built at the Central Tashkent Railway Station (Express-3), equipped with new terminals, as well as providing comprehensive services for passengers.
The Central Tashkent railway Station is ready to receive all citizens and guests of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
