HOW DO I RETURN (HAND OVER) THE TICKETS?

 You can return either the entire order or any e-ticket separately from the order. There are two ways to do this:

1) You can make a refund of the ticket online through your personal account and by going to "My new orders"

Refunds on the website are only available for tickets paid by credit card and purchased on the website as well as in the mobile application.

2) You can make a refund at the ticket office of the railway station.

 

  • What are the penalties for returning a purchased train ticket?

     To settle claims regarding non-receipt of funds for a returned unused electronic travel document, please contact (+99899) 190-50-05, alternatively email at e-ticket@railway.uz, as well as your bank’s customer support team.

    Refunds for unused electronic travel documents are made only in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

    If you return an unused electronic travel document issued for domestic trains in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international trains with the CIS countries within the established time frame, the cost of services (including bed linen) is fully refunded. However, the commission fee for registration is not refunded:

  • For high-speed trains ‘Afrosiyob’ in the amount of 25,000 soums.
  • For all other domestic trains to the amount of 25,000 soums.
  • For all interstate trains within the CIS countries, the formation of JSC ‘UTY’ to the amount of 56,000 soums.
  • For all interstate trains within the CIS countries and other states, to the amount of 56,000 soums.
  • On the interstate train Tulpar Talgo 001/002 (Almaty-Tashkent-Almaty)- 65,000 soums.
    • In addition to above, a refund administration fee of 15,000 soums is charged (for each seat).
    • All refunds for returned electronic travel documents purchased online exclude card processing fees as well as refund administration fees.
    • When returning unused e-ticket issued for travel in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (excluding trains formed in the CIS) refunds are credited to a passenger’s bank card as per the following:
  • Full refund of the travel document and compartment costs, provided the return is made 24 hours before departure.
  • The cost of the travel document and 50% of the cost of the reserved seat, if the return is made less than 24 hours, but not later than 6 hours before the departure of the train.
  • Where unused travel documents are returned less than 6 hours in advance, but not more
