Ensuring the implementation of the Law of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 2, 2019 "On volunteer activities" and on the initiative of the Youth Council of Uzbekistan Temir Yullari JSC, a seminar on the organization of volunteer activities in the railway system was held for 60 young railway workers operating in structural divisions, enterprises, organizations and institutions on the basis of the Khojikent recreation area.
To organize a meaningful training seminar, the working group has developed a specific and meaningful program. The departure of the seminar participants was organized by train. On the way, the young people had the opportunity to get to know each other and have fun on the way to the Khojikent recreation area.
Upon arrival, all participants were accommodated in the rooms of the recreation area, and breakfast was organized for them. After that, the youth was divided into 4 separate groups. They were provided with information about the general concepts of volunteerism and the activities of the volunteer movement in Uzbekistan as a whole, as well as specialized volunteers from the Association of Volunteers of Uzbekistan and the Agency for Youth Affairs.
During the seminar, ideas and proposals for the development, organization and implementation of various volunteer activities were heard and discussed. Thematic tasks were solved in an interactive form in each of the groups. This was followed by training on youth leadership development, time management and various ways to motivate young people. The seminar program was held in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
After the lunch break, a short tour of the foothills of Khojikent was organized for everyone.
Following the results of the training seminar, the leader of the Youth Council of Uzbekistan Temir Yullari JSC O.A.Sadriddinov noted the young people who took the most active part in the event and encouraged them with memorable gifts.
