An expanded joint meeting of Uzbekistan Temir Yullari JSC and the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Railway Workers and Transport Builders of Uzbekistan took place.
The meeting was attended by M.Rajabov, Acting Deputy Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Temir Yullari JSC, M.Isaev, Head of the Department of Socio–economic protection of employees of the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, K. Sabirov, Chairman of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Railway Workers and Transport Builders of Uzbekistan and other officials, heads of departments, centers, services, regional railway junctions and heads of enterprises, organizations, institutions, as well as chairmen and activists of the primary links of the trade union, members of the Republican Council.
At the beginning of the meeting, the chairman of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Railway Workers and Transport Builders of Uzbekistan presented the agenda of the meeting. Further, a report was announced on the fulfillment of obligations in 2021 according to the Sectoral Agreement between the Board of Uzbekistan Temir Yullari JSC and the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Railway Workers and Transport Builders of Uzbekistan for 2021-2023. In particular, it was noted that due to joint work in the reporting year 2021, 176 of the 177 obligations of the agreement were fully fulfilled on the principles of social partnership. According to the report on the work carried out by the trade union, 1 agreement and 86 collective agreements were concluded in 2021, through which 91889 railway workers and transport builders were covered, in particular, taking into account the economic potential of enterprises, the protection of the socio-economic interests of workers, youth, women, pensioners, the disabled, health protection, employment, remuneration was ensured Information about this and much more was provided at the meeting on the work done in all directions.
Reports were also heard on compliance with the rules of occupational safety and health at the enterprises of Uzbekistan Temir Yullari JSC, on the ongoing preventive work to prevent accidents. It was noted that a total of 24.2 billion rubles were spent on improving working conditions and safety.Of these, 1.85 billion rubles were allocated to the "Labor Protection Fund".sum, for the implementation of environmental protection measures – 305.2 million.sum, 8.5 billionsum for the provision of workers with overalls and personal protective equipment. In particular, information was provided that dairy products were distributed to 6501 employees, which amounted to 2.42 billion rubles.soums, employees were insured for 4.49 billion.soums, 6.48 billion rubles were spent in 2021.sums for payments to those who lost their breadwinner, and suggestions were also made for the future.
In addition, issues related to the organization of children's recreation in children's health camps run by Uzbekistan Temir Yullari JSC, the development of health measures, as well as issues of ensuring systematic control and monitoring of their implementation were considered.
At the same time, the chairmen of the trade union committees and the chief engineers of the enterprises spoke. Invited to the meeting, M.Isaev, head of the Department of socio-economic protection of workers of the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, highlighted the changes taking place in the life of trade unions in Uzbekistan, innovations and the role of the railway workers' union in this issue.
Following the meeting, information on organizational issues was also provided, decisions were made with the definition of further plans and unanimously approved by the members of the Republican Council.
