Announcement to passengers who issue electronic tickets!

As previously reported, given the high demand for the purchase of electronic tickets, there is a load on the server of the official e-ticket.railway.uz and mobile applications (iOS and Android), which affects the failures of the above platforms. The developers have implemented and launched a beta version of the new chipita.railway.uz website. Currently, both sites are relevant and work in parallel. However, to create an improved service, when purchasing electronic railway travel documents (tickets), the server is updated. In this regard, we ask all Users to download the purchased (active) tickets before May 15, 2022. After this date, the server database will be unavailable!
